On October 27, a delegation of managers and specialists of the Interregional Competence Center of Cheboksary Electromechanical College and Dubna University visited the PASCAL MEDICAL’s medical product manufacturing facility.

Dubna University and Cheboksary Electromechanical College regularly hold workshops and meetings within the scope of a cooperation agreement to exchange experience and knowledge in the field of training specialists and developing demanded training programs.

Dmitry Yuryevich Ushakov, the deputy general director of production of PASCAL MEDICAL LLC, told about prospects of development of production of single-use medical devices and emphasized the importance and significance of building partnership relations between educational institutions and production companies with the purpose of training highly skilled specialists.

“We believe that each educational institution must have a clear and justified strategy for training professional specialists and must have plans on how to implement such a strategy so that it would ensure increased attractiveness of professional education and its increased significance for solving tasks of regional, social and economical development. Specialists of PASCAL MEDICAL LLC are ready to contribute to development and giving of courses of lectures to university and college students, as well as to organization of on-site training at PASCAL MEDICAL production facilities.

Our production facility is a hi-tech plant with complex modern production equipment. In order to work with such equipment we need highly trained and skilled professionals.
And training of such professionals should be started well in advance, before they are employed by the company,” D. Yu. Ushakov noted in the interview.
